To say that we only care about cocoa would be wrong.

For years we have carefully monitored a project of hazelnut selection, a crop that is one of the best products from the Langhe.

Our family-owned hazelnut grove produces some of the hazelnuts, while friends grow excellent nuts every year with similar passion.

These are used to make our specialties, like the superb Gianduiotti or Sorrisi del Santuario, delicious chocolate-coated tartufini.

We use about eighty quintals of hazelnuts a year.

The nuts from own crop and those from friends are hulled inside the company so we can trace their origin for the Nej superbi Gianduiotti and ensure full traceability and a short supply chain.

The other hazelnuts are supplied directly by APROCOR, Piedmont’s hazelnut consortium.
